She is a social development practitioner with experience in alternative education, agrarian issues, and women’s empowerment and gender. She has worked in program management, knowledge management, and project operations and finance within civil society organizations. Currently, Nila is actively involved in research, facilitation, and community capacity strengthening, and has a track record in writing and publishing on agrarian and women’s issues.
