Trainers and facilitators play an essential role in supporting farmers and communities through learning sessions, technical trainings, and capacity development.

Roles of Trainers & Facilitators

1. Agroforestry Training
Provide training on cultivation techniques, species selection, maintenance, and implementation of agroforestry systems.
2. Community Facilitation
Support farmer groups, lead group discussions, and facilitate participatory community planning.
3. Forest Conservation Training
Train communities in forest monitoring, threat identification, restoration, and other conservation practices.
4. Module Development
Develop training modules, visual materials, and activity guidelines for participants.

Trainer Qualifications

  • Experience in training or facilitation.
  • Understanding of local context and working with communities.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to program locations.
