She is a social development practitioner with experience in alternative education, agrarian issues, and women’s empowerment and gender. She has expertise in program and knowledge management, as well as in project operations and finance within civil society organizations. Currently, Nila is actively engaged in research, facilitation, and strengthening community capacity, and she has a track record of writing and publishing on agrarian and women’s issues.
